Job Summary

The Implementation manager plays an essential role as the liaison between clients and our implementation process.

The goal is to ensure that clients achieve key milestones within the WRS Implementation Process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide project management, training, and support throughout the implementation and go-live with the physician’s practice.
  • Lead and coordinate activity between the practice and WRS.
  • Ensure that physicians, providers and office staff are trained on the EHR
  • Manage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and other stakeholders.
  • Manage change and clients’ expectations effectively.
  • Establish timelines and handles critical path items and deadlines
  • Serve as a mentor on the Implementation team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years’ experience with practice management or EHR implementation and training is preferred
  • Technical project management in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes
  • Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology
  • Ability to work with different levels of clinical personnel including providers
